Toby Howell moved to Arkansas in 2019 to run NewsRadio 102.9 KARN. Toby has spent his entire adult life in radio, most recently as a talk show host for WWLS the Sports Animal in Oklahoma City and prior that as a show host in Spokane Washington for 20 years on SportsRadio 1510 KGA along with several music stations. He also hosted the Pre and Post game shows for Gonzaga University basketball along with many play by play jobs. Toby moved here with his dog Largent and they have enjoyed the fishing, golfing, and hiking that Arkansas provides.

Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis was born on the Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota and moved to Arkansas in 1989 at the age of 6.  However, She considers herself a true Arkansan. She was on the drama team at Cabot High School and attended UALR where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Theater Arts.

At UALR, Rebecca developed a love for costume fashion and filled her nights performing as the Trojan Mascot. Before starting her career in radio Rebecca was an award-winning magician, fashion stylist and bass clarinetist. Rebecca started with Cumulus as a part time news reporter on KARN and had her own show on the weekend called Leftover News. 

When she’s not on the air, Rebecca enjoys local food and craft beer, along with making art and hanging out with her family. Rebecca and her boys (husband and son) enjoy hiking with their dogs, playing video games and tending to their garden, complete with backyard chickens.
